We're Advanced Diabetes Management Board Certified Practitioners (BC-ADM), passionate and committed in making the lives of people living with diabetes better with the modern and innovative technologies available in the diabetes ecosystem.

Our primary tools are continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) and Automated Insulin Delivery (AID), both tools are designed to simplify management of this complex condition. Our roles as diabetes practitioners are to advocate, educate and train individuals living with diabetes to these life changing technologies.

We identify gaps in diabetes care, abridge the gaps through a sustainable safe space that nurtures growth.
